Invitation for ICAI Industry HR Meet – 27th July 2012 in Mumbai

Committee for Members in Industry of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has been successfully organising Campus Placement Programme for Newly qualified Chartered Accountants as well as Special Placement/Job Fairs for Experienced Chartered Accountants regularly throughout the year. The Campus Placement Programme February- March 2012 was concluded with a resounding success offering more than 900 jobs to the Chartered Accountants.

We have decided to organize ICAI-Industry HR Meet to discuss certain critical issues relating to the Organization of Campus Placement Programme throughout the Country at various Centres and also to discuss other HR related issues which are beneficial for smooth working of an Organisation like Employee engagement. As we know that engaged employees feel a strong emotional bond to the organisation that employs them, which results in higher retention levels and productivity levels and lower absenteeism.

We solicit the presence of Senior Officials from your esteemed organisation preferably one representative each from the HR Team, Finance Team and the experts who are involved in the recruitment process on behalf of your organization.
