Subject: Guidance for 2015 Quarterly Energy Efficiency Program Tracking Data Report

An updated Data Transfer Tool has been posted to the EE-Stats website for Program Administrators to report 2015 Quarterly Energy Efficiency Program Tracking Data. The file titled Claim_Tables_1314_Q9.zip can be found under the following link: http://eestats.cpuc.ca.gov/StandardTables/GuidanceDocument.aspx. Energy Division staff directs the PAs to use the updated Data Transfer Tool each quarter until further notice. The updates included in this version of the Data Transfer Tool are:

 Approved values lists were updated to match the Ex Ante Dataset.  The NTG fields (NTGRkWh, NTGRkW, NTGRTherms, NTGRCost, NTG_ID_Claim) were removed from the CustomMeasure and DeemedMeasure tables. There is now one set of NTG fields in the Claim table. These fields should contain the NTG reported by the PA. It is expected that this field will match the NTG fields in the ex ante dataset except when the PA is claiming a higher NTG due to the new direction allowing schools and constrained areas to have a .85 NTG.  The lkp_NTG table now contains two new NTG_IDs, one for schools (CPUCPolicy-School) and one for constrained areas (CPUCPolicy-CnstrndArea). PAs should identify their NTG exceptions with the appropriate NTG_ID. Please note that these new NTG_IDs are only to be used for quarterly reporting and should not be included in the PAs’ ex ante dataset. PAs should not resubmit implementations for these NTGs.

Q1 2015 Tracking data should only contain Q1 2015 data. There should be no resubmittal of any previous years’ data.

Please contact Energy Division Staff with additional questions.
