Subject: Enterprise Leasing lost tag procedures
Due to the fact that enterprise leasing has such a large operation in which they know the tags or decals were delivered to them the following procedures are to be put into place when they are reporting a lost tag or decal.
They will present an affidavit identifying the county in which the vehicle is registered, the make, year, vehicle identification number and plate/decal number that has been lost. The affidavit will state the plate/decal has been lost internally and cannot be located with no fraud intended. The affidavit will be signed by an authorized agent of enterprise and dated.
You will then attach the affidavit onto the lost plate/decal application and process it for them.
We have been told by enterprise that the courier is either delivering to the wrong place or the inventory is being lost at their locations.
Thanks for your support and assistance in this matter.
Please call me if you have additional questions at 785-368-8798.
