<p>JOAN WAGNON, SECRETARY KATHLEEN SEBELIUS, GOVERNOR Department of Revenue DIVISION OF VEHICLES</p><p>Memorandum To: Shawnee County Treasurer Douglas County Treasurer Leavenworth County Treasurer Wyandotte County Unified Government Johnson County Treasurer From: Peggy Stalcup, Assistant Manager, Titles & Registrations/Dealers Licensing</p><p>Date: March 18, 2005</p><p>Subject: Enterprise Leasing lost tag procedures </p><p>Due to the fact that enterprise leasing has such a large operation in which they know the tags or decals were delivered to them the following procedures are to be put into place when they are reporting a lost tag or decal.</p><p>They will present an affidavit identifying the county in which the vehicle is registered, the make, year, vehicle identification number and plate/decal number that has been lost. The affidavit will state the plate/decal has been lost internally and cannot be located with no fraud intended.
