Agenda Items 1. Outreach & Recruitment Opportunity: a. Emerging leaders academy NSLS night August 21st 5-8 (4-8 for set up and clean up) a.i. Need volunteers to help with food, broadcast, and talk to participants about NSLS a.i.1. Wear NSLS attire if attending! a.i.1.a. Watch for a Google doc from Jennifer Serrano b. Welcome Back Bash August 30th 4-9 b.i. Sherriff arrests plan b.i.1. Warrant: cost $2 for 5 minutes in jail b.i.2. Bail: any donation b.i.3. Longer time in jail can be purchased, $1 equals 5 more minutes in jail b.i.4. Maximum time in jail: 15 minutes in jail c. Student Orgs. Expo September 4th 12-7 c.i. Jennifer Serrano will send a Google doc for volunteer sign up 4. Publicity: a. Publicity request form: a.i. Use this form to put information on flyers, Facebook, computers, power points, email, etc. b. Member of the month prize b.i. $5 gift card? b.i.1. Idea: At induction ceremony, members of the month for that semester are announced b.i.1.a. Winners names are placed in a pool to win a $50 gift card b.i.2. Possibly recognize successful SNT groups? 5. Alumni Relations a. Telethon a.i. Still waiting for alumni list a.ii. Awaiting approval from center for selected dates a.ii.1.
