2013 TJ Band Camp Dinners

Dear Band Parents,

The summer two week band camp is coming quickly, and as Ms Megan Lynch makes her final arrangements for a successful camp so should you. One option that we would like to offer you is a hot meal for your child on the Monday – Thursday nights of band camp.

As you know our students will Sloppy Joe only have about a 2 hour window between their day and night practice. To make this an easier time for you, Bob Fowle has volunteered to provide an optional meal for your student each night.

Spaghetti The menu is attached. Each meal is $5. The dinner will be served around 4:00pm. There is no obligation; you can choose 1 meal, 8 meals or none. We ask that you send in the attached form, signed and checked with the nights you want your child served; along with money to cover the total cost of the selected meals. For example, if you were only going to eat 4 of the meals, you would send in $20. Hamburger This is in no way mandatory, simply an option. Payments must be made in cash or check (made out to TJ Band Boosters) by Thursday July 15, 2013. This cannot be taken out of your child’s account. I could use a few parents each evening to help setup, serve, and cleanup. We arrive at TJ High school around 3:30pm each evening of band camp, serve the kids at about 4:00pm and are done with service and clean-up usually before 5:00pm.
