Language was not only a tool for preserving social, intellectual, religious, educational and economic experiences and all the various human activities, but it was a driving force for building human experience, historically and intellectually. There is no doubt that language has evolved with the development of man in all the historical stages that he has gone through. Not only, it has expan1ded and varied topics of literature, poetry and prose alongside the ancient and modern sciences of criticism, but also the relationship of language with the human and applied sciences has evolved in all fields of human knowledge, such as the relationship with psychology, sociology, philosophy, history and others. Twentieth century transformations, especially the postmodern philosophies such as structuralism and distribusionalism, which gave birth to multiple critical approaches, has pushed forward human sciences programs. In this congress, we are primarily seeking the basic topics studied by language, literature and critical approaches, as well as other fields of knowledge to which language is related as psychology, philosophy, history, translation, manuscript verification, and so one. From this standpoint, Rimar Academy/ Turkey, in cooperation with Iğdır University organizes the third international scientific congress “language and Literature” in Istanbul face-to-face meeting and online from 14th to 15th, October 2021. The congress administration invites all interested people, researchers, academics, university professors, scientists and all those interested by the language and human studies, to participate in this congress , that it can be a knowledge asset in the field of linguistic and literary studies, think which can be achieved only throw an interactive relationship led by a research team. 1 Language is the home of existence Congress vision The Congress of Language and Literature organized by the Turkish Rimar Academy in cooperation with Iğdır University and Baghdad University seeks to be a scientific platform for researchers in Language and Literature studies, by building an interactive networking relationship between researchers in this broad field. The congress research and outputs will be published in an internationally- ranked scientific journal, thus helping to exchange ideas between researchers to access scientific knowledge related to the role of Language and Literature studies in people’s life and future. Congress objectives - Creating a scientific platform for Language and Literature studies that works on building interactive networking relationships between researchers in this .field - Trying to get new interpretations of classic Language and Literature topics. - An attempt to uncover new applications of contemporary critical approaches. - Developing contemporary methods in the field of teaching Arabic to non- native speakers by referring to the sources of the ancient language. - Discussing the problems related to forms of historical periods for linguistic and literary studies (pre-Islamic and Islamic era: Umayyad, Abbasid and others). - Clarifying the problems facing the science of manuscript verification, and highlighting its role in identifying our ancient Islamic heritage. - Introducing writers, scholars and specialists who have added new and innovative concepts in the field of Language and Literature studies or the special approach in which they are distinguished. 2 Language is the home of existence Congress axes Grammar Phonetics and syntax - Grammar Studies. -Grammatical problems between antiquity -Syntax between facilitation and complication. and modernity. -Historical roots of syntax. -Syntactic and phonetic term and its -Syntax and its effect on other languages. problematic. -Grammatical term. -syntax and phonetics between classical and -Grammar schools. modern studies. -History of grammar. - Phonetics lesson (method, tools, etc). -Calls to grammatical facilitation between - The phonetics in the modern lesson. acceptance and rejection. -Dialects. Abstract. Data security has become a major issue in recent years. It becomes a requirement to store the sensitive data with at least two backup systems in geographically distributed data centers in order to provide the security. In addition, there is a huge need for the computational power to analyze the big data generated through various high-throughput multiomics applications such as next-generation sequencing and mass spectrometry platforms. In this study, a geographically distributed asynchronous replication application and architecture, called LUNGBASE, based on the OpenStack Swift has been introduced. This study enables to replicate the data generated through the LUNGMARK project, a lung cancer molecular profiling study through bioinformatics-supported integrative multiomics analysis, carried out at the Molecular Oncology Laboratory of the TUBITAK-Marmara Research Center (MRC), Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology Institute (GEBI), in different geographical regions. In this paper, we proposed an architecture and application model that can perform an effective file transfer operations and smart and automated data movement on distributed environment.

Additionally, universities can have the opportunity to observe their weaknesses and strengths through these rankings and draw a roadmap to improve their performance. Some organizations evaluate the performance of universities. URAP is one of the organizations assessing the performance of universities according to various criteria. The aim of this study is to rank Turkish universities according to their performances based on the 2019-year report published by URAP assessing the performance of 166 universities according to 5 criteria. For this evaluation, CoCoSo and MARCOS methods, which are newly introduced to literature, are used in this study. Its content is the sole responsibility of HRFT and can in no way be regarded as reflecting the views of the European Union. Preface This report is part of a broader research project currently in progress.* Conducted by the Human Rights Foundation of Turkey (HRFT), the research is meant to explore the recent crackdown on Turkish universities and the destruction of the academic environment. The present report focuses on a special episode of that story, namely, the case of Academics for Peace. Turkish government declared a national state of emergency immediately after the failed coup in June 2016. Yet, universities were already in a de facto state of emergency that started with the case of Academics for Peace and the by now internationally well-known “Peace Petition,” released on January 11, 2016. What came to happen after the petition was a lynch campaign that lasted for months to silence and oppress its signatories. Academics who signed the petition were exposed to a variety of rights violations by political authorities and with the involvement of various agents, including university administrators, colleagues, public prosecutors, security forces, pro-government press and aggressive nationalist groups.
