All positions were declared vacant. Nominations were called for the positions of PRESIDENT:- Adam Kempton was nominated by Anthea Sutherland. Adam accepted the nomination. Seconded by Linda Archer

Rod Keast & Amy Silvester were duly elected as Vice Presidents CARRIED

ZONE EXAMINING SECRETARY: Liz Paulet elected by the DCI Panel CARRIED

ZONE CHIEF INSTRUCTOR: Shelley McCrae elected by DCI Panel. CARRIED

INCORPORATIONS SECRETARY: Margaret Square was nominated by Linda Archer Margaret accepted the nomination Seconded by Judy Jenkins

Margaret was duly elected CARRIED

AUDITOR: Margaret Square was nominated by Linda Archer Margaret accepted the nomination Seconded by Anthea Sutherland. All books held by the Zone to be audited by Margaret CARRIED

ALLOWANCES : Linda Archer moved that the allowances for the Zone Chief Instructor , Zone Representative & Zone Secretary be increased by 4% from the previous year. Seconded Judy Jenkin CARRIED GENERAL BUSINESS The Zone will follow the procedures as per the new Incorporations Act Moved Margaret Square and seconded by Anthea Sutherland CARRIED
