PRESIDING OFFICER’S RULING ON PROPOSED TRANSCRIPT CORRECTIONS FOR VOLUME 5

A list of proposed Presiding Officer’s transcript corrections for Volume 5 is attached. Participants will be given until December 1, 2004 to file other proposed corrections. In general, such corrections should be limited to those essential to a clear understanding of the record, necessary or desirable in terms of accurate references, or otherwise important in terms of the integrity of the record. The deadline for objecting to proposed transcript corrections is December 8, 2004. RULING

1. Proposed Presiding Officer’s transcript corrections for Volume 5 are set out in the Attachment to this ruling.

2. The deadline for submitting additional corrections to Volume 5 of the transcript is December 1, 2004.

3. The deadline for filing objections to proposed transcript corrections is December 8, 2004.
