FUNDING: CORE AND PROJECT

Le Programme d’action communautaire sur le terrain de l’éducation (PACTE), lancé en 2003-2004, fait suite aux orientations de la politique gouvernementale sur l’action communautaire : une contribution essentielle à l’exercice de la citoyenneté et au développement social du Québec et de la politique gouvernementale d’éducation des adultes et de formation continue, deux politiques qui visent à créer un environnement favorable au développement de l’action communautaire dans la communauté québécoise et à faire connaître, promouvoir et soutenir les organismes d’action communautaires et leur regroupement.
TRANSLATION: The Community Action Program in the Field of Education (PACTE) , launched in 2003-04, followed the orientation set out in the government policies Community Action : a vital contribution to the exercise of citizenship and social development in Quebec and the government policy on Adult Education and Continuing Education, two policies that aim to create an environment conducive to the development of community action in Quebec society and publicize, promote and support Community action groups and their umbrella organizations.
