Join the Builders Association as we present our Annual Golf Outing. We will continue our tradition of the four-person scramble and golf followed by dinner and prizes. To reserve your day of fun, golf and dinner, and/or to provide a sponsorship, submit your completed registration form and payment to the Builders Association Office by June 6, 2017. ENJOY VARIOUS CONTESTS AND GAMES!! SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE some prizes at various holes (See next page for available sponsorships)

Format: 4-person scramble Cost: $100 per golfer – includes golf with cart, lunch, snacks and beverages on course (beer, pop, water). [$35 if only dinner is desired] Dinner: Steak dinner at the Pavilion Halfway House: Unlimited hot dogs and snacks 19th Hole: appetizers, beer and pop

2017 Builders Association Golf Tournament Scramble Rules Everyone in your group tees off. Promptly select the ball that you wish to play. All play from within one club length of the ball. Continue this format until the ball is holed out. There are no drive requirements. Note: The ball must be played no nearer the hole and from the same environment. (Example: A ball in the rough stays in the rough.) GAMES and CONTESTS

Putting Contest: 3 balls - $5 – 50/50 split – shoot off of winners before dinner. Skins Game: $20.00 per team 50/50 Raffle: 3 tickets for $5 or arm’s length for $10 Prize Raffle: 3 tickets for $5 or arm’s length for $10 Long Drive – win $50 visa card Long Put – win $50 visa card Closest to the Pin - win $50 visa card First Place team - win $300.
