RESERVATION INFORMATION 1. Conference Room Rental is on a first come first serve basis. Reservation is not confirmed until payment of $25.00 (plus tax= 26.75) is received and written confirmation is made by the park. (Do not make plans until your confirmation is received) 2. The conference room is located in one of the rooms at the Owen D. Young Visitor Center inside the park and holds no more than 15-20 people at a time. 3. The conference room is equipped with 2 six foot tables, 1 four foot table, and 15 chairs. 4. Please NO Food in the conference room. 5. Please dispose of all litter in the trash receptacles provided. 6. The room is available for use Monday-Sunday, 8:00 am until sundown, 365 days a year. 7. Special arrangements such as (music, rental equipment) must be discussed with and approved by the park before this reservation can be approved. (Call 386-446-6784 to discuss). 8. There are multiple electrical outlets in the room. 9. Restrooms are located next to the Conference Room at the Visitor Center. 10. Alcoholic Beverages are not permitted in the park. 11. There is NO VEHICLULAR ACCESS to the conference room. All items must be walked from the main garden parking lot to the room. 12. All Vehicles must park in the Main Garden Parking Lot.
