Knights of Columbus - St. Bernadette’s Council # 10236 Meeting Minutes 16 May 2016 Call to Order Worthy Grand Knight Tom Kennedy called the General Business Meeting to order at 8:02 PM.

Wardens Report on Membership Card All 24 members present are in possession of a valid membership card, as vouched for by our Worthy Warden Brother Mike Sims.

Opening Prayer – The meeting was opened with a prayer by Father Suresh.

Reading of Minutes of Previous Meeting – 18 April 2016 The minutes, of the previous general meeting were read.

Motion: The acceptance of the minutes was moved by Brother John Friedl & seconded by Brother Phil Herdsman – Passed.

Grand Knight’s Report  Dario cannot attend tonight but has made it known (e-mail) he will accept the position (Guard) he is nominated for.  Thanks to all who helped with the sale of Roses for Life and the Charities Raffle draw tickets.  Council officer Training will be held on June 25th at St. Isaac Jogues Church. It will be from 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM and the cost will be $6.00 per attendee.  There will not be any Mother’s Day flowers this year, instead a donation to the Multiple Sclerosis Society, apparently they are no longer offering the flower program in our area any more.
