5. 6. Events/Bookings 6.1 Forthcoming Events:

14 Mar - Tickets for Gordon Giltrap going well. H Prices - £13 with pie/peas; £9 without food.

8. Planning & matters 8.1 Kitchen – Steve Clarke of Country Kitchens has Arising quoted for all the kitchen alterations, including commercial cooker, but not including the roof, floor or electrics. DM to choose cooker. DM Quote - £10,260.

9. Any Other Business 9.1 Outside storage – GW presented leaflets for flatpack cabins (Expandakabin) by TP Structures. Need concrete base, can have pitched roof and gutters, fully insulated and with electrics. There are other companies – GW to enquire qnd get prices. GW 9.2 Communities First – FH been in touch. 9.3 Ginny Davis has been in touch to say she has new play – could stage it next year. 9.4 Car park on cricket field – PCC meeting on Thursday 5th March. AP to propose. AP 9.5 8 May – VE Day. CW proposed having a pub night to celebrate. This was agreed.
