1. Develop a repository of work in the pipeline and process for scanning: a. What does it tell us? b. What is out there? c. Where does it come from? Whose knowledge? d. What is missing? 2. Expanding the pipeline a. Bring in other voices, perspectives, places/contexts; methodologies (scoping support for southern networks) 3. Research funding pool/opportunities for a. Filling in gaps b. Pluralising knowledge base – methods and voices c. With strong criteria of i. Broadening knowledge ii. Reaches further iii. Empowerment/capacity building and strengthening 4. Mechanism for moving forward a. Small coordinating group.
