Adoption Application This may seem like an excessively detailed, even invasive, questionnaire but please keep in mind that the more information we have about you, your household and your expectations of your rescued dog, the easier it will be to make a successful match. Finding the perfect match between adopter and dog is our most important goal. Please read the Adoption Guidelines before completing this application. Be aware that you must travel to the Foster Home to meet the dog and his Foster Family. We do not ship or deliver our precious Papillons.

Instructions for E-Mailing Documents in Microsoft Word To E-Mail the Active Document If you want to e-mail your document once, you can use one of several different methods: Use File Send to from the menu.

 Choosing Mail Recipient (as Attachment) is usually the safest method to ensure your document arrives in the same format as it left your PC, and without the annoying Reviewing toolbar. ***(Please use this method for sending your forms)***

 Choosing Mail Recipient sends the document as the body of the e-mail message; don't expect your headers and footers to be included. (Please do not use this method. Chances are the information in your form will be lost.)

 Choosing Mail Recipient (for Review) sends the document as an attachment. However, when the user opens it, the Reviewing toolbar is present. The subject of the e-mail automatically becomes "Please review " and the message body states: "Please review the attached document." Track changes are turned ON automatically when using this option. (Again, please do not use this method, if you are not sending the form for review.)

Attach to an E-Mail

You can create any e-mail, and then choose the Attach icon to attach any file. Microsoft security features disable the receipt of many attachments. Please see this article for more information. While my image shows Outlook, virtually all e-mail clients have a paper clip icon for inserting/attaching files.
