Church strengths – in terms of ministry strengths, list those things your church does well: Discipleship and community presence and involvement. We value, encourage, and practice three “rhythms” Encountering God, Enjoying Community, Blessing our Neighbors. Church needs – in terms of areas needing special focus and attention, list those things your church would like to focus: We can always get better at making disciples that make disciples, that is a constant focus and an area we work to improve! An area that has not had the focus it needs is our children’s ministry. We have had a “band-aide” approach for years and feel that is the key to future growth and kingdom expansion.
