2013 MDRT Annual Meeting Overview

 Saturday, June 8: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Sunday, June 9: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Monday, June 10: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Tuesday, June 11: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  Wednesday, June 12: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Two desktop computers will be accessible as well as WiFi.

Meeting Registration: Your registration kit, badge, program book and press kit will be available in the Press Room.

Session Pass: Your press ribbon will give you access to all Main Platform and Focus Sessions, as well as any other special sessions and/or events.

Photography: Because of the utilization of audio/visual support in most sessions, as well as speaker contracts, we ask you to refrain from photography, as well as video cameras, to avoid disrupting the session. MDRT’s official photographer will cover all major events, and photos will be made available to you. Please advise us of any special requirements you might have in this area and we can assist you.

Interviews: You may use the MDRT Press Room to conduct one-on-one interviews. The Press Room staff will help you arrange interviews with speakers, special guests or MDRT members. Please let us know in advance what your interview needs and availability will be. You can contact Heather Mulae with Gibbs & Soell, MDRT’s communications agency partner, at (312) 648-6700 ext. 2128.
