Four Autolifters Arersted: Three Stolen Vehicles Along with One Knife Recovered

FOUR AUTOLIFTERS ARERSTED: THREE STOLEN VEHICLES ALONG WITH ONE KNIFE RECOVERED

With the arrest of four notorious auto lifters namely 1. Shahzad Ali s/o Khurshid r/o 4683/1, Gali No. 1, Ajeet Nagar, Old Seelam Pur, Delhi, (2) Lallu Verma s/o Sobran r/o 4683/7, Gali No. 1, Ajeet Nagar, Old Seelam Pur, Delhi, (3) Shanu @ Shahnavaj @ Gandhi s/o Babban r/o C-1/39, Central Bank Gali, New Seelam Pur, Delhi and (4) Siraj @ Bhoora s/o Mirajuddin r/o C-1/11, Central Bank Gali, New Seelam Pur, Delhi, the North East District police has recovered three stolen motor cycles and one Buttondar Knife.

TEAM AND INCIDENT:

In order to curb recent incidents of crime especially auto lifting in the area of North-East Distt, during the last 2/3 months, special teams at each PS level in North East District, comprising of dedicated staff members have been constituted to curb the crime and to nab criminals involved in crime by indulging in intensive picket checking, human and police intelligence and patrolling in the area.

In an incident of PS Shahdara, during patrolling in the area, SI Yug Bandhu, HC Samdev, Ct. Manjeet and Ct. Neeraj of crack team of PS Shahdara apprehended two auto lifters namely Shahzad & Lallu Verma. With their apprehension, one stolen motor cycle was recovered. Motor Cycle bearing No. DL-7SR 2213 was found stolen vide FIR No. 65/12 u/s 379 IPC PS Gandhi Nagar, East District, Delhi.

In second incident of PS Seelam Pur, during patrolling in the area, HC Vinod Kumar, Ct. Dharmendra & Ct. Devender apprehended two auto lifters namely Shanu @ Shahnavaj @ Gandhi & Siraj @ Bhoora, while they were going on a stolen motor cycle in the area. Motor Cycle bearing No. DL-1SP-4019 was found stolen vide FIR No. 55/12 u/s 379 IPC PS New Usman Pur. On personal search of Siraj @ Bhoora, one Buttondar Knife was also recovered. On their further instance, one more motor cycle bearing No. DL-7SH-8110 stolen vide FIR No. 71/12 u/s 379 IPC PS Seelam Pur was also recovered.

RECOVERY: -

 One Buttondar knife.

 Three stolen motor cycles.

CASES WORKED OUT:-

 FIR No. 65/12 u/s 379 IPC PS Gandhi Nagar, East District, Delhi

 FIR No. 55/12 u/s 379 IPC PS New Usman Pur, North East District, Delhi.

 FIR No. 71/12 u/s 379 IPC PS Seelam Pur, North East District, Delhi.

PROFILE:-

 Shahzad Ali s/o Khurshid r/o 4683/1, Gali No. 1, Ajeet Nagar, Old Seelam Pur, Delhi. He is working as Ferri wala selling readymade garments at weekly markets of East Delhi.  Lallu Verma s/o Sobran r/o 4683/7, Gali No. 1, Ajeet Nagar, Old Seelam Pur, Delhi. He is a vagabond.  Shanu @ Shahnavaj @ Gandhi s/o Babban r/o C-1/39, Central Bank Gali, New Seelam Pur, Delhi. He is an active criminal and previously involved in one case of Auto Lifting.  Siraj @ Bhoora s/o Mirajuddin r/o C-1/11, Central Bank Gali, New Seelam Pur, Delhi. He is also an active criminal having two previous criminal cases including of Robbery and Burglary.

Further investigation is in progress.

TWO CHEATERS ARRESTED WITH THE ALERTNESS OF POLICE STAFF, CHEATED RS. 25,000/- RECOVERED.

With the arrest of two cheaters namely Rahul s/o Anil Kumar r/o A-340, Gali No. 2, Rama Garden, Karawal Nagar, Delhi aged 23 Years and Suman Kumar Yadav s/o Kailash Mani Yadav R/O C- 268, Gali No. 4, Ganesh Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi aged 22 years, the alert staff of PS Bhajan Pura of North East District has solved a case of cheating immediately and recovered cheated amount Rs. 25,000/-.

INCIDENT:-

On 10/3/2012 at about 11.15 AM, complainant Muneer Alam r/o Sewadham, Mandoli, Delhi went to deposit rupees 25,000 in Punjab National Bank, Yamuna Vihar in the area of PS Bhajan Pura. Two persons namely Rahul & Suman met him in the bank, who were filling a form in the bank. He asked them for help in filling the form to deposit the cash. Rahul asked name and address of the complainant and Suman took the money from him. After taking money from the complainant, Rahul divided the amount in two parts, gave one portion to Suman and both of them started to going outside the bank. When he asked them reason to go outside the bank, Rahul replied that he will come after filling the form outside the bank and gave him a bundle wrapped in a handkerchief and went away from the bank. The Complainant opened the packet and saw that the bundle is having cut papers into the size of 500 currency note & having a 500 currency note on top. He immediately followed the strangers/accused persons and shouted for help. Hearing to this, Quick Reaction Team (QRT) Gypsy headed by Head Constable Karan Pal & Ct. Sandeep over powered both alleged accused persons. In the mean time a call was received in P.S. B. Pura and I.O. ASI Kansi Ram also reached the spot without losing any time, both the accused were arrested after registration of a case and cheated money was recovered. Both accused are in between the age of 22-23 years. The prompt action by the QRT staff has shown the sense of bravery quickness and sense of responsibility; hence both accused persons were caught red handed.

PROFILE:-

 Rahul s/o Anil Kumar r/o A-340, Gali No. 2, Rama Garden, Karawal Nagar, Delhi aged 23 Years. He is dropped out from 9th class, he has two sisters and an old aged mother, his father has expired 16 years back. He is a vendor of clothes.  Suman Kumar Yadav s/o Kailash Mani Yadav R/O C-268, Gali No. 4, Ganesh Nagar, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi aged 22 years, class 10th dropped out, working in a bakery, he has two brothers, one sister and parents in the family.

Due to sincere and hard work of QRT Police Officers, this case of cheating has been solved. This shows high sense of responsibility, dedication and professionalism to their duty.
