Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 10 October 2015.

As requested please find the following information:

1) I would like to know how much the council has made from fines due to people dropping cigarette butts over the last five years. I would like the information broken down for each of those years and also want to know how many fines there were each year.

2010 = 2083 issued. Income received in 2010 = £72,950 2011 = 1130 Income received in 2011= £38, 425

2012 = 0 fines issued and therefore no income was received. 2013 = 0 fines issued and therefore no income was received 2014 = 0 fines issued and therefore no income was received 2015 to date = 0 fines issued and therefore no income was received
