However, previous VLBI observations have been performed separately, which makes it difficult to 1234567890():,; spatially trace the outward transfer of the material consecutively. Here we present the astrometrically registered, simultaneous maps of 22.2 GHz H2O and 43.1/42.8/86.2/129.3 GHz SiO masers toward VX Sagittarii. The H2O masers detected above the dust-forming layers have an asymmetric distribution. The multi-transition SiO masers are nearly circular ring, suggesting spherically symmetric wind within a few stellar radii. These results provide the clear evidence that the asymmetry in the outflow is enhanced after the smaller molecular gas clump transform into the inhomogeneous dust layers. The 129.3 GHz maser arises from the outermost region compared to that of 43.1/42.8/86.2 GHz SiO masers. Wehrle20, and Guy Worthey21 Accepted for publication in PASP, January 2008 issue ABSTRACT Precision astrometry at microarcsecond accuracy has application to a wide range of astrophysical problems. This paper is a study of the science questions that can be addressed using an instrument with flexible scheduling that delivers parallaxes at about 4 microarcsec (µas) on targets as faint as V = 20, and differential accuracy of 0.6 µas on bright targets. The science topics are drawn primarily from the Team Key Projects, selected in 2000, for the Space Interferometry Mission PlanetQuest (SIM PlanetQuest). We use the capabilities of this mission to illustrate the importance of the next level of astrometric precision in modern astrophysics. SIM PlanetQuest is currently in the detailed design phase, having completed in 2005 all of the enabling technologies needed for the flight instrument. -

ZONING ORDINANCE CITY OF COCHRAN, GEORGIA PREAMBLE An Ordinance of the City of Cochran, Georgia regulating and restricting the use of land, buildings, and structures within the incorporated City of Cochran, Georgia; regulating and restricting the location, construction, height, number of stories and size of buildings and structures, the percentage of lots which may be occupied, the size of yards, and the density and distribution of population; imposing regulations, prohibitions, and restrictions governing the erection, construction, and reconstruction of structures and buildings and the use of lands for business, industry, residence, social, and other various purposes; creating districts for such purposes and establishing the boundaries thereof; providing for the gradual elimination of nonconforming uses of land, buildings, and structures; defining certain terms used herein; providing for the method of administration, enforcement and amendment of such regulations; prescribing penalties for violation of its provisions; repealing conflicting ordinances; and other purposes. ARTICLE 1 – BASIC PROVISIONS 1.1 Title and Authority A. This document shall be formally known as the City of Cochran Zoning Ordinance and it may also be cited and referred to as the Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance, or Code. B. This Ordinance shall be for the purpose of promoting the public health, safety, and general welfare of the city and all of its citizens. C. This Ordinance shall be under the authority of Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title 36, Chapter 66, Zoning Procedures, and Title 36, Chapter 67, Zoning Proposal Review Procedures, and all acts amendatory thereto. 1.2 Jurisdiction This Ordinance shall apply to all land within the jurisdiction of the City of Cochran, being all portions of the City not in the ownership of the municipal, state, or federal government and to any area for which the City of Cochran Mayor and City Council has jurisdiction consistent with the provisions of Georgia law. -
