Methodology

Disclaimer: This list was formulated from a sample of 300,000 Indian influencers who had trackable data. The tracking works leveraging the keywords of the content of the posts and the bio descriptions. The keywords tracked are also a strong indication for the automated categorization of an influencer. It is general practice to not share location details on the internet for reasons of privacy and security. Thus some influencers may not have been included in the sample for the above reasons. Data is backed by secondary research on Google and Wikipedia and the numbers used for calculations were as on 16th August 2020. PARAMETERS Platform
