Tuesday, September 4th “Welcome to New Day Students and Returning Boarders” There is no morning bus today. New day students in casual dress/Greeters in #1 dress.

8:45 – 9:15 a.m. Admissions staff meets with all day student greeters (Wright/Orchard Lounge) 9:30 a.m. Address to new day families with the headmaster, head of Senior School, dean of academic & student support and academic directors (Dick and Jane LeVan Theatre) 10:00 a.m. Information session for new day families with housemasters (locations announced at previous session) 10:45 a.m. Tour and orientation of campus for new day families with greeter, to include meeting with advisor, potential visit to the health centre, school store and/or finance office, laptop set-up and form drop- off in Cirne Commons, consult with guidance on outstanding academic concerns 12:00 p.m. Lunch in Osler Hall 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Peer support, head of house & assistant head of house training (Davies Student Centre) 4:30 p.m. Day bus leaves 7:00 p.m. Headmaster meets with all returning boarders (Chapel) 8:00 p.m. Boarding house meetings/activities 10:00 p.m. Curfew for all boarding students

Wednesday, September 5th “Welcome to New Boarders and Returning Day Students” There is bus service today – buses arrive at TCS for 8:00 a.m. New boarding students in casual dress/Greeters in #1 dress.

8:30 – 10:00 a.m. Day students fitted for uniforms with Top Marks (W.A. Johnson Block, lower level) Boarding students can visit Top Marks any time after 10:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. 9:00 – 9:15 a.m. Admissions team meets with all boarding student greeters (Dick and Jane LeVan Theatre) 9:45 – 10:00 a.m. Headmaster meets with all returning Grade 10-12 day students (Dick and Jane LeVan Theatre) 10:00 a.m. All day students (new and returning) report to their house lounges for house meetings. Schedules and daily planners will be handed out to returning students.
