Second Part (1630-1730): • Invited GCSE students and teachers (to be invited by Outreach team) • Outreach Officers • Heads of Department • Theme chairs • One or two SEPnet Fellows (depending on capacity could have more) • Departmental/University PR contacts • Invited Press In this part Jim will spend roughly 30 minutes on the “Time Travel” theme, about 15 minutes to cover a discussion on a career in physics from his experience and 15 minutes Q&A, ideally with a question from each location. We will also give Jim bullets of SEPnet related goals for him to weave into his presentation. Dry Run There will be a dry run on the 10 th May from 11am to 12 noon. This is more to ensure the technology works as expected not to run through presentations. Ideally, all who are planned to speak should attend if possible to ensure familiarity with the equipment. .
