If there are any problems within the first 24 hours, the client must contact the school and speak with Ms. Belvin or the nail instructor so that arrangements can be made to repair the nail. We will not give children under the age of 16 Artificial Nails. However, children under the age of 18 will need parents’ consent! All permanent waves include a haircut and shampoo set. Haircuts must be given the day of the perm. The client cannot return a week or two later for a "free" haircut. No chemical services will be given to persons under the age of 18 unless the parent is present to sign the release card and have a consultation with the instructor. We will not give chemical services to children under the age of 16. We will also NOT guarantee the results of any perm if the hair is over 6 inches long. We will also NOT guarantee the results of a perm for a client on medication or that has recently had surgery.
