(Fabaceae Lindl. s.l.) ir viena no lielākajām Latvijas vaskulāro augu florā. Pēdējā dzimtas taksonu sistemātiskā apstrāde veikta 20. gs. vidū (Līvena, 1957). Šajā darbā iekļauto taksonu apraksti sastāv no zinātniskās nomenklatūras, morfoloģisko pazīmju raksturojuma un ģeogrāfiskās izplatības raksturojuma. Tomēr nav kritiski izvērtēts Herbāriju materiāls un literatūra, tāpēc apstrādē ir izlaisti vairāki taksoni, un iekļauti tikai 67 sugu apraksti. 20. gs. otrajā pusē publicēti vairāki darbi, atšķirīgi pēc formāta un apjoma, par Latvijas vaskulāro augu floru (Pētersone, Birkmane, 1958, 1980; Табака и др., 1988; Kuusk et al., 1996; Gavrilova, Šulcs, 1999). Šo darbu uzdevums bija apkopot līdzšinējās zināšanas par Latvijas floras sastāvu, bet ne taksonu sistemātiskās struktūras izpēte. Maz ir darbu arī par atsevišķu ģinšu sistemātiku. Lielāka uzmanība pievērsta tikai divu ģinšu sistemātikai – Anthyllis L. (Эглите, 1974; 1977; 1982) un Lotus L. (Эглите, 1985). Aktualitāte. Nav mūsdienīga darba par pākšaugu dzimtu Latvijas florā, kas iekļautu gan jaunākos atzinumus pasaulē, gan arī dzimtas taksonu analīzi Latvijā. Visu pākšaugu dzimtas taksonu izpētē Latvijas florā, atbilstoši klasisko Floru standartam, noteikts taksonu sastāvs, sugu ģeogrāfiskā izplatība un floristiskais statuss. Hipotēze. Herbārija materiāla izpētes rezultātā un pieaugošās antropogēnās ietekmes dēļ pākšaugu dzimtas (Leguminosae Juss.) taksonu sastāvs pēdējos 20 gados Latvijas savvaļas florā ir mainījies. Darba mērķis – noteikt pākšaugu dzimtas sistemātisko sastāvu un struktūru Latvijas florā. Darba uzdevumi: 1. izpētīt taksonu morfoloģiskās pazīmes, noteikt to taksonomisko vērtību; 2. kritiski revidējot zinātnisko literatūru, izpētīt un sastādīt taksonomiskajā apstrādē pieņemto taksonu zinātnisko nomenklatūru; 3. sagatavot taksonu ģeogrāfiskās izplatības kartes un novērtēt taksonu izplatību Latvijā; 4. pētījumu rezultātus apkopot taksonu aprakstos; 5. izveidot pākšaugu dzimtas ģinšu un sugu noteikšanas tabulas; 6. kritiski izvērtēt līdz šim lietotos taksonu latviskos nosaukumus un izvēlēties taksonu latīnisko nosaukumu potenciālos ekvivalentus latviešu valodā. Aizstāvamās tēzes. 1. Pākšaugu dzimtas taksonomisko sastāvu Latvijā aizvien vairāk ietekmē antropogēnie faktori. 2. Latvijas savvaļas floras materiāla padziļināta izpēte – Latvijā jaunu taksonu bāze. 3. Līdzšinējā pākšaugu dzimtas nacionālā botāniskā nomenklatūra veidota ne vienmēr adekvāti starptautiskajai botāniskajai nomenklatūrai. Novitāte. Darba rezultātā ir radīti oriģināli taksonu apraksti latviešu valodā un pēc Latvijas materiāla, starp tiem vismaz 40 pirmoreiz latviešu valodā. Konstatēti 5 jauni sugas ranga taksoni, 2 varietātes un 2 pasugas ranga taksoni. Pirmoreiz pārskatīti un akceptēti sugu latviskie nosaukumi. 3 Darba rezultāti ir izmantoti projektā Latvijas vaskulāro augu flora un veģetācija (LZP, 2010-2012. The maps treat 172 taxa (species, subspecies, varieties, and hybrids, but not forms) based primarily on specimens in the major herbaria of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut, with most data derived from the holdings of the New England Botanical Club Herbarium (NEBC). Brief synonymy (to account for names used in standard manuals and floras for the area and on herbarium specimens), habitat, chromosome information, and common names are also provided.     813 Phylogeny of the genus Lotus (Leguminosae, Loteae): evidence from nrITS sequences and morphology G.V. Degtjareva, T.E. Kramina, D.D. Sokoloff, T.H. Samigullin, C.M. Valiejo-Roman, and A.S. Antonov Abstract: Lotus (120–130 species) is the largest genus of the tribe Loteae. The taxonomy of Lotus is complicated, and a comprehensive taxonomic revision of the genus is needed. We have conducted phylogenetic analyses of Lotus based on nrITS data alone and combined with data on 46 morphological characters. Eighty-one ingroup nrITS accessions represent- ing 71 Lotus species are studied; among them 47 accessions representing 40 species are new. Representatives of all other genera of the tribe Loteae are included in the outgroup (for three genera, nrITS sequences are published for the first time). Forty-two of 71 ingroup species were not included in previous morphological phylogenetic studies. The most important conclusions of the present study are (1) addition of morphological data to the nrITS matrix produces a better resolved phy- logeny of Lotus; (2) previous findings that Dorycnium and Tetragonolobus cannot be separated from Lotus at the generic level are well supported; (3) Lotus creticus should be placed in section Pedrosia rather than in section Lotea; (4) a broad treatment of section Ononidium is unnatural and the section should possibly not be recognized at all; (5) section Heineke- nia is paraphyletic; (6) section Lotus should include Lotus conimbricensis; then the section is monophyletic; (7) a basic chromosome number of x = 6 is an important synapomorphy for the expanded section Lotus; (8) the segregation of Lotus schimperi and allies into section Chamaelotus is well supported; (9) there is an apparent functional correlation be- tween stylodium and keel evolution in Lotus.

The article provides a synopsis of tribes Galegeae, Hedysareae, Loteae, Cicereae of Fabaceae subfam. Faboideae in the flora of Ukraine, with nomenclatural citations, types, and main synonyms. It is based on critical analysis of available data of taxonomic, morphological, and molecular phylogenetic studies. Tribe Galegeae is best represented in the flora of Ukraine, comprising 10 genera, including the most species-rich genus Astragalus (48 species). However, the number of genera in the tribe will be probably changed due to further results of morphological and molecular phylogenetic studies which already indicate possible inclusion of Calophaca and Halimodendron in Caragana s. l.; however, these data require confirmation. Tribe Loteae is accepted here in a wide circumscription, including Coronilleae, which is in accordance with results of new morphological and molecular studies. There are 9 genera (or 7, in a wider circumscription) in the tribe, but the number of natural genera in that group will be clarified after further studies.

Diagnostic characters, a description and taxonomic comments on the species are given. It is compared with a morphologically similar species, O. thaumasiomor- pha. Oxytropis pilosa is a new record from this group for Iran. Key words: new species, Oxytropis sect. Gren. have been found in the vicinity of Częstochowa on the Wyżyna Krakowsko-Częstochowska upland (the Polish Jura). This is the westernmost occurrence of the species in Poland, disjoined from its continuous geographical range of about 120 km.
