ABOUT WORLD KITCHEN, LLC One of the nation’s leading housewares companies, World Kitchen, LLC, and its affiliates manufacture and market bakeware, dinnerware, kitchen and household tools, cookware, kitchen storage and cutlery sold under the world’s best known brands, including Baker’s Secret®, Chicago Cutlery®, Corelle®, CorningWare®, EKCO®, Magnalite®, Pyrex®, Revere®, and Visions®. OLFA® another of World Kitchen’s international brands, markets precision cutters, knives, blades, rulers, mats, and accessories. Revere Ware tea kettles were introduced in 1892. Pyrex glass bakeware was first introduced in 1915. The Chicago Cutlery brand was established in 1930. Snapware Corporation was founded in 1994, beginning with its signature product – the Airtight Canister. EKCO Housewares Company, Corning Consumer Products Company and General Housewares Corporation were all forebears of the World Kitchen, LLC, family of companies. World Kitchen, LLC, was formally launched in 2000. With corporate offices in Rosemont, Ill., World Kitchen employs more than 3,200 people, and has major manufacturing and distribution operations in North America and Asia-Pacific regions.
