Effective February 7, 2013, customers can purchase seats in our new Premium Economy cabin for travel beginning in summer 2013 between and Paris.

With the addition of new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft to our fleet, will now offer Premium Economy as one of its classes of service.

Air Canada – Premium Economy Availability/Pricing: Air Canada customers travelling in Premium Economy class, can enjoy the following features at the airport: • Premium Economy fares will show in the • Priority check-in availability display on flights that offer Premium • Priority baggage handling for 2 complimentary Economy service only. At launch, will Premium Economy be offered on other routes? • No, Premium Economy will only be offered on Montreal-Paris service.

Which aircraft types will feature Premium Economy cabin? • In addition to the Boeing 777, the Boeing 787 will also feature Premium Economy.

Will Group discounts be offered for the Premium Economy cabin? • Yes group discounts will apply to the Premium Economy cabin. No tour conductors will be permitted.

Can a customer upgrade from Economy Class to Premium Economy? • Yes, customers can purchase an upgrade from Economy Class to Premium Economy during the check-in process, subject to availability on eligible flights. • Please note, customers will not be able to use eUpgrade Credits to upgrade from Economy Class to the Premium Economy cabin.

Can a customer upgrade from Premium Economy to Executive First®? • Yes, customers can either purchase an upgrade from Premium Economy to Executive First cabin during the check-in process, subject to availability on eligible flights or use their eUpgrade Credits.

In the event of an aircraft change, will Premium Economy customers be accommodated in Economy Class or Executive First on Air Canada? • The customer will be accommodated in Economy Class.

In the event of a re-route due to an irregular operation, will Premium Economy customers be accommodated in Economy Class or a business class cabin on other airlines? • The customer will be accommodated in Economy Class.

If the customer is re-accommodated in Economy Class, does a refund apply for the difference in fare? • Yes.

Do Premium Economy customers have access to the Maple Leaf Lounges? • Yes Premium Economy customers can purchase Maple Leaf Lounge access for a fee of $25.

Can agency resources such as AD75s/ Escapes or Promotional passes be used in the Premium Economy cabin? • Not at launch.
