Gavanza Rioja Reserva, Bodega Classica, 2013, Spain 1.5l Magnum £70 Organic farming and meticulous methods make this an exceptionally good value Reserva-style Rioja. The fruit is dark but not heavy, the oak is spicy and well integrated rather than sweet and overbearing. Very elegant.
