SHOVEL OUT THOSE EIRE HYDRANTS

Large snow storms have a way of covering up fire hydrants which play an important part in fighting house fires. Lowell Fire Chief Frank Martin asks that Lowell residents shovel out any hydrants that are covered by snow.
