MAKEUP COLOR & INSTRUCTIONS FOR : Level 7 – Female Dancers PRIMA DIVA LOOK

Here is the list of colors you will be needing for each piece of makeup. Please note that the makeup colors and #’s change sometimes, so the colors will be similar to previous years, but the numbers may be different. If you have makeup from last year, colors will be fine to use this year. Different groups have different makeup requirements, so please ensure you are complying with the appropriate group requirements to ensure all dancers look the same. IT IS THE PARENTS RESPONSIBILILITY TO PURCHASE AND APPLY THEIR OWN DANCER’S MAKEUP. The website www.JAMcosmetics.net also has ONLY the pictures on how the makeup should look- the PRIMA DIVA look. EYE SHADOW – Options Maybelline #22Q (Chai Latte Matte ) Revlon #310 (Coffee Bean) Revlon #500 (Addictive) Revlon # 545 ( Attitude) Revlon #555 ( moonlit ) Maybelline 2Q Natural smokes Rimmel #2 Smoky Brun Rimmel #621 Orion a. With an eyeshadow brush, highlight brow bone and inner corner of eye with your lightest color shadow. b. Apply medium dark brown color of shadow over entire eyelid up to the crease. c. Apply the darkest eye shadow in the crease focusing mainly on the outer half of the eye. Avoid darkening the inner corner of the eye. d. Use an eyeliner pencil to line across the top lash line. Start a thicker line from the outside and work into a thinner line towards nose (black or dark brown eyeliner will be fine). e. Use the brown eyeliner under the lower lashes from the middle of the lash line out past the corner of the eye. DO NOT connect the upper lash line and lower lash line- leave a space. NO CAT EYES! f. Can use the lightest color of shadow (crème color) to fill in the space between the upper and lower lash line on the outer corner of eyes. g. Apply BLACK mascara.

EYELASHES – Eyelashes will be worn by all girls in level 7. Can be purchased at drug stores or Walmart – ( Ardell #105 or #111 ) Always have a few extra pairs on hand.

BLUSH- Options available - Covergirl #185 true plum or #110 Classic Pink Rimmel #101 Sugar Pink Revlon “Oh Baby Pink” #001 With a blush brush, apply blush starting at hairline and pulling color forward to apples of cheeks. Avoid “clown” circles.
