ABSTRACT: Atelopus pulcher Blgr., 1882, is synonymized with A. spumarius Cope, 1871, and a new race of this species is described from Biabo Valley, (A. s. andinus). The possible identity of some uncertain species of Atelopus from Peru and is discussed.
