Prerequisites to start any enterprise were explained by all the resource persons and empowerment of the enterprise during its budding stage by financial institutions was conveyed to the participants. On the other hand preparation of business plan and its evaluation, financial aspects of the same was communicated. Importance of Achievement motivation model was stated and human behavior based on positive and negative thoughts was highlighted in the program. Various challenges faced by entrepreneurs and businessman in the present scenario were addressed and solutions to some of them was conveyed in the program.
