Most recently, he devised and wrote the new musical Ziegfeld: A Night at the Follies which toured nationally. A grant recipient of the National Opera Institute, Mr. Norris has also directed for the Cincinnati Opera, the Providence Opera Theatre and the Edmonton Opera in Canada.

THOMAS J. LYDON (Chief Financial Offic- er) is a graduate of the University of Mary- land (1973) and has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1974. He began his career with the international accounting firm of Ernst and Young in Washington, D.C. In 1977, he founded Lydon and Associates P.A. and has been associated with The Troika Organization since 1980. He oversees the daily operations of all aspects of management information sys- tems, finance and accounting, and serves as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Lydon has been married to his wife, Frankie, for 25 years; they have two sons in high school and a two-year-old daughter.
