This Pilot Project has been approved by the Government of Maharashtra and is specially recommended to Municipal Councils and Corporations in Maharashtra. MSW TECHNOLOGY Akola Tech Procedure by Green Fundamentals is an Aerobic Windrow Composting Process consisting of two stages. • Biological process of Decomposition, accomplished in 4 to 5 weeks in 50 to 100 meter long rows called Windrows. • Mechanical process for screening the decomposed organic matter and its segregation on machines operated by Hydraulic Systems with centralized control panels. FUNDAMENTAL ADVANTAGE Akola Tech, a result-oriented, unique technology • Highly cost effective, requires minimum establishment time, low maintenance and less manpower • Suits Indian conditions of MSW Management perfectly • Segregation of MSW at source not required • Low level of odor emission, maximum yield compared to other technologies • Minimum total process life cycle, rejects to landfill minimized • Superior quality organic compost obtained by maintaining optimum level of NPK To earth with love! Green Fundamental's Organic Manure 'BHUDHAN’ The end product of our plant at Akola is aptly named 'Bhudhan' ... ‘Wealth from Waste’. Now Bhudhan is a well accepted Organic Manure in the agriculture community. Leading Indian laboratories have tested and certified 'Bhudhan' for its nutrient values and efficacy. The extensive network of dealers and distributors across Maharashtra ensures that it reaches the farthest corners of the State. FUNDAMENTAL ADVANTAGE Green Fundamentals is compliant with specifications given under the Fertilizer Control Order (FCO). • End product - Fertilizer Ideal for agricultural, horticultural and domestic gardening and landscaping • Contains fully digested organic material and growth promoting substances • All major and minor trace elements are mineralized to a highly assimilated form which are easily • utilized by the plant system like sequestering agents • Contains billions of beneficial micro organisms which impart biological life to the soil and the crop • Sufficient food to build up desirable soil due to the 45 to 60% organic content ENERGY RECYCLED Refuse-derived fuel (RDF) or solid recovered fuel/ specified recovered fuel (SRF) is a fuel produced by shredding and dehydrating solid waste (MSW) with waste converter technology. RDF consists largely of combustible components of municipal waste such as plastics and biodegradable waste. RDF can be used in a variety of ways: • To produce electricity. • Can be used alongside traditional sources of fuel in coal power plants. • Can be fed into plasma arc gasification modules, pyrolysis plants. • Can provide a funding source where unused carbon credits are sold on the open market via a carbon exchange system. Plasma • Plasma arc gasification is a waste treatment technology which uses electrical energy and high temperatures created by an electric arc gasifier. • The process is intended as a net generator of electricity. ENERGY RECYCLED • The process reduces the volume of waste being sent to landfill sites. • In this process syngas is produced exclusively from organic materials and with a conversion rate greater than 99% using plasma gasification. • A portion of the syngas may be used to run on site turbines to power the plasma torches and feed system. Incineration Incineration is a waste treatment process that involves the combustion of organic substances contained in waste materials. Incineration and other high temperature waste treatment systems are described as "thermal treatments". Incineration of waste materials converts the waste into ash, flue gas and heat. The heat generated by incineration can be used to generate electric power. Incinerators can reduce the solid mass of the original waste by 80–85% and the volume by 95-96 %. SEWAGE SOLUTIONS SEWAGE TREATMENT TECHNOLOGY BFG ENERGY has introduced revolutionary Sewage Treatment technology, namely acBR or Aqua Compact Batch Reactor, an advanced and completely automated process of treating waste water. It is a PLC Operated, 4 to 6 hour cycle comprising of four stages, namely Pre-aeration, Aeration, Settlement, and Sludge Stabilization. acBR Highlights and Advantages • A unique, compact, easy to operate solution • An optimization of the SBR process, a combination of Continuous and Discontinuous process • A customized and Standardized treatment plant • Output is consistently better and more than the conventional systems • It is Energy efficient with 30% reduced power consumption • Cost effective, fully automatic operation • High quality stainless steel internal parts, fewer moving parts inside the reactor SEWAGE SOLUTIONS SEWAGE SOLUTIONS GENERAL ARRANGEMENT DIAGRAM OF acBR TREATMENT PLANT Plastic to Fuel Technology • Conversion of plastic waste to fuel is a very valuable option for general and biomedical plastic waste treatment. • The process involves sizing, grading, cleaning, feeding, heating, melting, separating non plastic solid coke and reacting plastic with catalytic separation and collection. • This technology converts plastic waste to diesel oil without any environmental pollution or hazards It is easy to operate and has Low maintenance cost • The output from the process is upto 70 % Furnace oil which has good market. E- waste Management: • E- Waste or Electronic waste consists of obsolete electronic devices. • Involves dismantling the equipment into various parts (metal frames, power supplies, circuit boards, plastics), often by hand. • Eliminates Health and Environment Hazards caused by disposal of untreated e-waste in landfills. • Reduces greenhouse gas emissions and major water pollutants. • Recovery of valuable metals such as gold, silver, bauxite, copper etc. is possible. Hazardous Waste Management • Hazardous waste is waste that poses a substantial or potential threat to public health to the environment. The four factors determining hazardous material are:- ignitability, reactivity, corrosivity, toxicity . • Reduces risks to the environment and public health by reducing the amount of harmful byproducts produced. • Can increase production efficiency and reduce costs associated with purchasing raw materials. • Less energy is needed to extract, transport, and process raw materials and to manufacture products. Biomedical Waste Management: • Biomedical waste consists of solids, liquids, sharps, and laboratory waste that are potentially infectious or dangerous These consist of Cultures and Stocks, Anatomical Wastes (or Human Pathological Wastes), Human Blood, Blood Products, and other Bodily Fluids, Sharps, Animal Wastes, Isolation Wastes, Contaminated Medical Equipment, Surgery Wastes, Laboratory Wastes and Dialysis Wastes • Biomedical Waste Management offers a green alternative to haul-away
