(2) Huge arrears for Faridkot, Gurdaspur, Ludhiana, Nawanshehar, Details of Zila Parishad Jallandhar, Mohali, Patiala, Mansa, Ropar, Mukatsar & Sangrur are pending. CPF to fix responsibility atleast in Faridkot, 1 A ADP Properties Barnala Gurdaspur, Ludhiana & Patiala Districts as to under whose tenure the arrears kept on mounting and the officers who made no efforts for recovery in terms of cancellation of lease and filing of cases under PP Act. The Deputy CEOs will file cases immediately. Court Cases – PP Act – ZP Some cases have been filed in Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur, Patiala, Ferozepur, Ludhiana and Mansa. All Deputy 1 B ADP Properties CEOs to ensure that cases of illegal occupation have been filed. Court Cases – Civil Suits 1 C ADP Civil Suits be properly defended. – ZP Properties CPF will have the audit of following blocks -Kalanaur, Batala, Pathankot of District Gurdaspur, Mahilpur, Garh Shanker, Tanda, Dasua, Mukeria & Talwara of Hoshiarpur District, Samrala of Ludhiana District, Moga I, Moga II, Kotise Khan of Moga District, Banga of Nawanshehar District, Roper of Roper District, Details of Panchayat Amritsar, Barnala & Fazilka, Ghall Khurd of Ferozepur District conducted. It will be specifically reported as to who are the 2 A ADP Samiti Properties Patiala negligent officers for allowing the arrears to increase and not file cases under PP Act. Information from Amritsar, Barnala & Patiala be called and examined by the CPF immediately and he would see as to whether similar audit is required in any other blocks of the said districts.     PRESS RELEASE CHANGE OF JURISDICTION FOR MOGA DISTRICT FROM CHANDIGARH REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE TO JALANDHAR REGIONAL PASSPORT OFFICE This is to notify to the passport applicants residing at Moga district that, with effect from 19th Sep, 2015, the jurisdiction of M o g a district will be re-aligned from Regional Passport Office, Chandigarh to Regional Passport Office, Jalandhar. In view of the above change, the applicants from Moga district, henceforth, will be serviced at any of the three Passport Seva Kendras (PSKs) Jalandhar 1 (Eminent Mall), Jalandhar 2 (Aman’s Plaza) and Hoshiarpur under the jurisdiction of RPO, Jalandhar.
