GOVERNMENT OF PUNJAB DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING ADN URBAN DEVELOPMENT HOUSING BRANCH-II NOTIFICATION CORRIGENDUM No.13/105/07-6HG2/1650 dated 21-06-2010 In partial modification of Notification No.13/31/04-1HG2/5370 dt.16 July, 2007 and in continuation of Notification No.13/31/07/1HG2/2024 dated 08.07.2009 regarding constitution and establishment of Jalandhar Development Authority (JDA) under section 29(2) of The Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development (Amendment) Act-2006 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to add villages in jurisdiction of Jalandhar Development Authority as per annexure-1. The jurisdiction of Jalandhar Development Authority is shown on annexed Drawing No.DTP(J) 05 2010 dated 19.03.2010/18.05.2010. SCHEDULE OF BOUNDARY NORTH Starting from point 'A' which is the common meeting point of North side of Jalandhar-Amritsar G.T.Road and common District boundary of Kapurthala & Jalandhar at village Dayalpur (H.B.No.377) District Jalandhar, moving towards North along the common District boundary of Kapurthala and Jalandhar up-to the point 'B' where common District boundary of Jalandhar, Kapurthala & Hoshiarpur meets at village Khojpur (H.B.No.13) District Jalandhar, thence moving towards East along the common District boundary of Jalandhar & Hoshiarpur crossing Jalandhar-Dasuya Railway line & road and thence again moving towards South along the common District boundary of Jalandhar and Hoshiarpur crossing Jalandhar-Hoshiarpur road and railway line up-to the point 'C' at village Lutera Khurd (H.B.No.69) District Jalandhar which is the meeting point of District boundary of Hoshiarpur, Jalandhar & Kapurthala. EAST Thence from point 'C' moving towards South along the village boundary of village Lutera Khurd (H.B.No.69), village Lutera Kalan (H.B.No.70), village (H.B.No.Kotli Jamitgarh (H.B.No.74) and village Mussapur (H.B.No.......) of District Jalandhar and again along Eastern boundaries of village Babeli (H.B.No.6), village Rampur Sunra (H.B.No.44), crossing Phagwara/Hoshiarpur road and then again moving towards South along the eastern boundary of village Rampur Sunra, village Rawalpindi (H.B.No.49), Village Bir Dhandoli (H.B.No.48) and village Lakhpur (H.B.No.42) up-to point 'D' which is the meeting point of District boundary of Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar and common village boundaries of Sangatpur (H.B.No.41), village Lakhpur (H.B.No.42) of District Kapurthala boundaries of Thence from point 'D' moving along common District boundary of District Kapurthala and District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar up-to point 'E' which is the meeting point of Tehsil boundary of Phillaur, District Jalandhar, District boundary Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar at Village Birk (H.B.No.242). SOUTH Thence from point 'E' moving towards west along the boundary of village Birk (H.B.No.242) of District Jalandhar village Jamalpur (H.B.No.106) and common Tehsil boundary of Phagwara District Kapurthala and Tehsil Phillaur District Jalandhar-Ludhiana road & railway line and thence crossing Phagwara- Nakodar road upto village Darvesh & Dhak Darvesh (H.B.No.110-111) of Tehsil Phagwara District Kapurthala. Thence moving along the common Tehsil boundary of Jalandhar & Tehsil Phillaur District Jalandhar upto village Diwali (H.B.No.243). Thence moving along the common Tehsil boundary of Nakodar & Phillaur crossing Nakodar-Jandiala and Nakodar-Phillaur roads up-to the Point 'I' which is the meeting point of common Tehsil boundary of Phillaur and Nakodar and District boundary of Ludhiana at village Kaimwal (H.B.No.338) District Jalandhar. Thence again moving towards West along the common District boundary of Jalandhar & Ludhiana crossing Nakodar-Jagraon road upto the point 'G' where the common District boundary of Jalandhar & Ludhiana and Moga meets at village Baupur Khurd (H.B.No.297) District Jalandhar. Thence again moving along the common District boundary of Jalandhar & Moga crossing Shahkot-Dharamkot road up-to the point 'H' where the District boundary of Jalandhar. Moga and Firozpur meets at village Gatta Mundi Kasu (H.B.No.228) District Jalandhar. Thence moving along the common District boundary of Jalandhar & Firozpur crossing Lohian-Firozpur Railway Line and road upto the point 'I' at village Chak Yusfpur Allewali (H.B.No.214) District Jalandhar, which is the meeting point of common District boundary of Firozpur, Jalandhar & Kapurthala. WEST Starting from point 'I' moving towards North along the common District boundary of Kapurthala & Jalandhar crossing the Lohian-Kapurthala road & railway line and Nakodar-Kapurthala road upto the point where the common District boundary of Jalandhar & Kapurthala and Western boundary of Village Ahmadpur (H.B.No.205) District Kapurthala meets and thence moving along the Western boundary of Village Ahmadpur (H.B.No.205). Ibban (H.B.No.202), Dhapai (H.B.No.192), Wadala Kalan (H.B.No.193) of District Kapurthala crossing Jalandhar-Kapurthala railway line & road and thence moving along the Northern boundary of Village Wadala Kalan (H.B.No.193) and Wadala Khurd (H.B.No.201) of Tehsil Kapurthala and thence moving along the common District boundary of Jalandhar & Kapurthala crossing Jalandhar-Amritsar railway line and upto point 'A' which is the starting point.
