In accordance with the provisions of 47 C.F.R. §§ 73.2080(f)(4) and 76.77(d) of the Commission’s EEO rules, the FCC is auditing the EEO programs of randomly selected broadcast licensees and multi-channel video programming distributors (MVPDs). Each year, approximately five percent of all stations and MVPDs are selected for random EEO audits. A list of the radio and television stations to which audit letters were sent is attached.
