3 x squats

2 x press ups

2 x sit ups 3 x lunges CREATE YOUR OWN p10 HIIT WORKOUT

Can you create your own High Intensity fitness workout to do at home? Follow the steps below to see how you can create your own workout and then take part by yourself or with family!

Your task is to create a home workout that is at least 15 minutes long, but if you can do one longer that's great! First You need to think of the exercises you want to do before you create your workout. check out the list below of a few suggested exercises! try pick five exercises to make up your workout. you can think of your own too! Burpees, sit-ups, star jumps, shuttle runs, press-ups, frog jumps, squats, lunges, mountain climbers, plank or high knees on the spot.

Once you have picked five exercises from the list, you now need to decide what order you will do them in your workout. Here are some suggestions below on how to do it. 1. 30 repetitions of each move, rest two minutes and repeat the list 5 times. 2. do 20 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds rest in between each exercise and repeat your list of activities 5 times. 3.do three minutes of each exercise, rest one minute then move onto the next one to make 15 minutes. 4. do one minute of each exercise and repeat it five times. 5. make up a number of reps for each exercise for example: 100 star jumps, 80 high knees, 60 mountain climbers, 40 lunges and 20 squats. If you complete it before 15 minutes is up then start again!

setting up: make sure you have written your workout down on a PIECE of paper so you can see. make sure you have enough space around you if you're outside or in a room in your house. have some water nearby for you to drink in your rest and grab a family member to take part with you if you don't want to do it alone! if you can set a timer then put one on for 15 minutes or more depending on how long you want to keep going. have fun!
