Wisconsin Timber Rattlers “Fang’s Fanatics” Position

Job Description: The Wisconsin Timber Rattlers are looking to hire fun, exciting individuals to be part of the 2019 Fang’s Fanatics and become a face of the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers. The high energy crew will represent the team during home games, community appearances and beyond. Everything from greeting fans at the gates, being a part of our live on-field promotions to between innings giveaways and community appearances!

Duties include, but are not limited to: - Greeting fans with a smile while passing out programs, giveaways, etc. - Keeping fans entertained during game with T-shirt toss, on-field games, situations, dancing, etc. - Helping with decorating for theme nights, participating in theme nights by dressing up, and brainstorming - Helping with all on-field promotions from finding the contestants, getting them ready and the execution of promotion - Assist with community appearances with mascots to help promote the Timber Rattlers

Qualifications: - Comfortable performing in front of 3,000+ fans - Confident, energetic & positive personality - Great team player but able and confident to perform solo - Athletics, cheerleading, dancing or pep squad background preferred - Able to work all/most 2019 Timber Rattlers home games - Comfortable with long hours – nights, weekends, holidays - Able to work in a fast pace environment - Great customer service! Fan Interaction is the biggest part of the job!

This job begins in late March/early April and goes until the completion of the 2019 season (early September). This is considered a part time position, but please keep in mind hours do get long. If hired, you are expected to be here before gates open and stay until the end of the game. This position is open to both High School (16 years or older) and College students. Candidates are expected to be available for most or all of the 70 home games as well as other outside appearances.
