Todd Feinberg co-hosts the morning show on WRKO with former House Speaker Tom Finneran, for which he deserves a medal. While some taxpayer activists once found it impossible to listen to Finneran, who "froze" our income tax rollback and presided over the end of de- mocracy in the House, we can now enjoy hearing Todd take him on (and win) every weekday. Todd's understanding of Massachusetts politics is a result of his child- hood in Lexington and many years in local talk radio, beginning with his stint at the Tufts University radio station as a college student. He graduated with a degree in political science, then became an interna- tional chemical trader with Sobin Chemical in Boston, focusing on trade with China, before returning to radio. He worked as a disc jockey, news director and beautiful music an- nouncer before spending two years as a helicopter traffic reporter in Boston. Then he had a career change, joining his wife to run Rosalie's Restaurant in Marblehead. Back to radio. Todd has spent the past twelve years in the talk radio field, working at stations around New England. In 2003 he joined WRKO, where he hosted evenings and late mornings there before the move to mornings in January. His calm, dry, humor-filled, knowl- edgeable commentary makes him one of the best talk show hosts in CLT's experience. He has also become directly active in the 2010 revo- lution by supporting legislative and congressional challengers with his presence and participation at their events. Todd has toured the Middle East several times since September 11, visiting Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Oman. In 2005, he spent 6 weeks as a long term substitute teacher in an urban middle school so that he could gain some first hand experience with the public schools.
