Herd immunity, or community immunity, arrives when a large part of the population is immune to a specific disease. This immunity can be earned in two ways either if someone has had COVID or they are vaccinated. Furthermore, it will develop in a person only when he is infected with the virus, but had a low grade infection or if he was asymptomatic. The antibodies start building up after 15 days of a person getting infected and reach its peak at around three months.      “It’s been only a month since the lockdown opened in Delhi.
