WELCOME! Welcome to Expo 2013! On behalf of everyone at The Company, thank you for joining us to celebrate the magic, wonder, and adventure of Disney at this remarkable three-day gathering created especially for you, our most passionate and devoted fans. It’s wonderful to see, for the third time, tens of thousands of Disney fans from around the world gathering here at the Anaheim Convention Center to celebrate the past, present, and future of the company Walt Disney founded in 1923. And we couldn’t be happier to welcome you to the worlds of Disney once again at this event—one that is, literally, 90 years in the making. Whether you are a fan of Disney’s theme parks, , television shows, movies, books, or collectibles, you will discover something magical everywhere you turn as you explore the pavilions, screening rooms, exhibition halls, and presentation theaters that await you. This year, we have many surprises in store for you from an exciting sneak peek at what’s next from The Walt Disney Studios—including Walt Disney AD Animation Studios, Animation Studios, Disney Live Action, and Marvel—to celebrity appearances, autograph signings with stars, a chance to visit with our animators and Imagineers, and more. As we approach the 50th anniversary of , what better way to kick off the celebration than with the largest collection of Poppins props and costumes ever assembled in one place, which you can enjoy as part of this year’s Treasures of the Walt Disney Archives exhibit. As most Disney fans know, Richard Sherman co-wrote, along with his brother, the songs from this iconic Disney film, among countless others, and he will be teaming with fellow Disney Legend for a very special concert on Saturday night called “The Disney Songbook.” This unprecedented, one-night-only musical event is not to be missed! We hope you enjoy the D23 Expo—the ultimate Disney fan event made just for you… the ultimate Disney fans!

Wherever you go, whomever you’re with, we want to make sure you pack more fun!

And what’s more fun than packing for a Disney vacation? Nothing of course! That’s why American Tourister is proud to be the official luggage of Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort.
