Asha Brewer Guest Columnist It’s time to exhale with SHE Tea conference When we are in uncertain situa- tions, it is instinctive to hold our breath. Consider watching a suspenseful movie, rushing to meet a deadline, or waiting on a report from the doctor. All of our anticipations, anxieties, and fears gather in our chest like a block of cement. All the while, our body, our whole being, is searching for a release.
