Review Statement of World Biosphere Reserve [ July 2013 ] Prefeace According to the Resolution 28 C/2.4 on Statutory Framework of MAB (Man and Biosphere) Program passed on the 28th session of the UNESCO General Conference, Article 4 has been clearly identified as the criteria which shall be followed by biosphere reserves. In addition, it is stipulated in Article 9 that a Decennium Review shall be conducted on the world biosphere reserve every a decade, this Review shall be based on the report prepared by the relevant authority; the Review result shall be submitted to the relevant national secretariat. The related text of Statutory Framework is attached in Annex 3. This Review Statement will be helpful for each country preparing national reports and update data as stipulated in Article 9, and the secretariat timely accessing to data associated with the biosphere reserve. This Statement shall contribute to the inspection of MAB ICC on the biosphere reserve, and judge whether it can meet all criteria mentioned in Article 9 of the Legal Framework, especially three major functions. It shall be noted that is required to specify how the biosphere reserve achieves the various criteria in the last part of the Statement (Criteria and Progress). The information from Decennium Review will be used by UNESCO for the following purposes: (a) Inspection of the relevant autorities of International Advisory Committee and MAB ICC on the biosphere reserve; and (b) the world's information system, especially the UNESCO's MAB network and publications, so as to promote communication among people concerned the world biosphere reserve and influence each other. -

Specifically, entropy-based uncertainty relations are of fundamental importance in the region of quantum information theory, offering one nontrivial bound of key rate towards quantum key distribution. In this work, we experimentally demonstrate the entropic uncertainty relations and coherence-based uncertainty relations in an all-optics platform. By means of preparing two kinds of bipartite initial states with high fidelity, i.e., Bell-like states and Bell-like diagonal states, we carry on local projective measurements over a complete set of mutually unbiased bases on the measured subsystem. -

Abstract. Beijing Mandarin is more than a thousand year ago Yan Yan dialect, based on the integration of the Central Plains Han and northern ethnic minority language components gradually formed. Beijing Mandarin before the formal formation of a long period of gestation, revealing the Sui and Tang dynasties before the formation of the Beijing Mandarin area early human history, for the understanding of Beijing Mandarin language situation is very important. Introduction In this article, "Beijing Mandarin area" means including Beijing urban and suburban county, Hebei Chengde area, much of the northeast in addition to Liaodong peninsula, and parts of Chifeng, Inner Mongolia autonomous region, the general area (Lin Tao, 1987; Zhang Shifang, 2010). "From the northeast to Beijing, in history, there are two common characteristics: one is the ethnic group for a long time, and second, the population flow, this kind of situation lasted nearly one thousand years, the development of northeast dialect and Beijing dialect is extremely far-reaching influence."[1] Beijing dialect and northeast dialect in one thousand to influence each other, eventually forming a Beijing mandarin, including large areas of the northeast and Beijing area. The formation of Beijing mandarin has experienced a long historical process, is more than one thousand years ago YouYan dialect, on the basis of constantly fusion of han nationality and composition of gradually formed in the northern minority languages. -

Hostile caused more and more security problems and attacks in intruders can relatively easily attack IoT systems through particular. Secure IoT needs reasonable disposition after or accessing sense nodes. Massive data coming from or when being attacked. To meet the above requirements of going to the sense layer of IoT may suffer losses. The IoT security, a security response model for IoT based on security situation is not optimistic. artificial immune system is proposed in this paper. IoT data packets are captured and transformed into immune The security problems of IoT have attracted high antigens which are defined in the real IoT security attention of researchers. The current research is mainly environment. Recognizer is defined and simulative to focused on privacy protection [4, 5], security model [6, 7], recognize harmful antigens. The immune mechanisms of and etc. However, these security theories and antigen match, dynamic evolution of recognizer and self technologies were restricted to static defense concept. -
