With past attendance exceeding 16,000 people from around the globe, it is an incredible opportunity to strengthen partnerships with Microsoft and other Partners while finding new opportunities to build and grow.

Once again, Microsoft Inspire + Microsoft Ready will be co-located in Las Vegas, Nevada from July 14-28, 2019. Schedule a meeting Attendees can use the MyInspire meeting scheduler to schedule a meeting with up to nine (9) additional people. Those meetings can be scheduled into the Connect Zone located in The Hub, or in an alternate location of their choosing. While meetings in the Connect Zone are limited to The Hub hours, alternate location meetings are available 24x7 during event days.

When a meeting invite is sent, that invite appears in MyInspire on the My Meetings page as well as on their schedule. An invite also goes to the invitee’s notification email address. All meeting invites go out through an email anonymizer, so no attendee email addresses are ever shared.

Meetings can be scheduled from the Attendee Directory where attendees can use the search and filter capabilities to target the correct attendee lists. Or, if the attendee knows their invitee list, they can type those names directly into the attendee box on the Meeting page.

MEETING EXPIRATION

To help maximize table usage, Microsoft Inspire has a meeting expiration policy. If an attendee has sent out a meeting invitation and no one accepts within a designated period of time, the meeting will be cancelled to return the table to inventory. Un-accepted meetings are processed approximately every two weeks with one final sweep done right before the event starts. Both the meeting organizer and invitees receive a notification message the day before expiration to give them an opportunity to act on the invitation. If nothing is done in those 24 hours, the meeting is cancelled.

The Mandalay Bay Convention Center (MBCC) is an extraordinary 2.1 million-square-foot convention and meetings facility. It is equipped to handle events of all sizes and is one of the largest meeting facilities on the Las Vegas Strip. Business Travel Support (Visa) Letters To receive a Business Travel Support letter, you must have a completed Microsoft Inspire registration and have paid in full (if applicable).

Visa processing can be lengthy, so get started now. Business Travel Support letters for both partners and Microsoft attendees are available for downloading from the Confirmation page of your registration.

To download a letter, log-in to or create your Microsoft Inspire registration profile. Ensure you’ve proceeded through all steps to complete your registration. From the Confirmation page, select the ‘Download Business Travel Support Letter’ option from the Quick Links section. Upon submitting the required fields, you will be presented the option to ‘Download Letter’.

Microsoft Inspire participants can visit the Visa and Travel Requirements Knowledgebase for more information on travel requirements for visitors outside of the United States.
