On the west face of the marker is a large bronze plaque cast with the Daughters of the American Revolution emblem of a spinning wheel under which the following is inscribed: "1855 1930 AT THIS PLACE ON JANUARY 22, 1855, GOVERNOR ISSAC I. STEVENS CONCLUDED THE TREATY BY WHICH THE INDIANS CEDED THE LANDS FROM POINT PULLYTOTHE BRITISH BOUNDARY. OF THE ONE HUNDRED SIGNATURES, EIGHTY- TWO WERE
