CAREER HISTORY SPOTIFY, Los Angeles, CA (2016 - present) ​ Global Head of Video & Non-Music Programming Spotify is the world’s largest streaming music platform with over 150M global MAU and over 60M premium subscribers. In March 2017 we officially launched a mobile-focused video strategy that uses Spotify playlists as a distribution channel for video. ● Built the global programming strategy for all playlist video, video series, and podcasts across 61 markets ● Developed the playlist video distribution strategy for Spotify genre flagships and ecosystem playlists ● Launched vertical music videos from artists such as Taylor Swift, Maroon 5, Selena Gomez, deadmau5, Avicii, and many more in collaboration with major labels and indies ● Worked with content creators to co-produce and license original vertical content ● Built programming strategies around Spotify bundle partnerships with and Headspace ● Grew Spotify’s podcast audience to over 1.5M MAU ● Built and managed a global team to support local video and podcast programming ● Collaborated with product, design, marketing, and sales to launch and monetize new content experiences ● Measured and optimized performance at all times

COMPLEX MEDIA, New York, NY (2013 – 2015) ​ VP of Programming, Development & Distribution Complex Media is the largest and most influential network of sites focusing on lifestyle content relevant to multicultural millennial men. When I left the company, the network included over 140 publishers across music, style, sports, food and pop culture, and reached a total audience of 120M monthly uniques and 1.5B monthly page views. INTEL MEDIA / INTEL CORPORATION, Santa Clara, CA (2012 – 2013) ​ Head of Programming & Development, New Channels Intel’s set-top box and digital OTT television service, OnCue, was acquired by Verizon in the fall of 2013 just before launch. The service was designed to disrupt the traditional model by offering a combination of live linear television as well as a VOD library and “New Channels” (simulated linear channels using digital content) all delivered over IP with a focus on personalization and interactivity. It ultimately became the foundational technology behind go90. ● Created New Channels video strategy across all verticals (music, lifestyle, sports, comedy, news, kids) ● Drove all content partner identification/selection and business development strategies ● Determined priority and rollout strategy of all partners ● Creative lead in all partner pitches and content development ● Worked with partners to develop channel programming and monetization strategies ● Set BI requirements for channel optimization ● Established requirements for programming tools and interactive New Channels feature sets

HOMERUN.COM / REARDEN COMMERCE, San Francisco, CA (2010 – 2012) ​ Head of Content Launched in 2010, HomeRun became one of the leading daily deal platforms in the US, reaching over 2 million registered users daily just prior to being acquired by Rearden Commerce in August of 2011 (now Deem). ● Conceived and implemented overall content strategy for the HomeRun offer platform ● Grew content operation by over 1600% and developed overall brand voice through ROI-driven editorial ● Recruited, hired and trained a nationwide network of over 30+ writers and designers ● Drove programming and optimization of deals across all markets ● Leveraged analytics to optimize content tone, structure and design, as well as increase engagement/ROI ● Worked directly with product and marketing teams to implement new features

DOMAIN DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, Los Angeles, CA (2009 – 2010) ​ General Manager & Editor-in-Chief, SkiResorts.com DDC is a leading domain monetization company that manages one of the world’s largest portfolios of domains. One of those is SkiResorts.com, which I officially launched as a full-scale travel publisher in late 2009. SONY PICTURES ENTERTAINMENT, Los Angeles & Sausalito, CA (2006 – 2009) ​ Sr. Programming Manager, Crackle Crackle, originally called Grouper, was acquired by Sony in 2006 to become their sole web video platform. Officially re-launched in 2007, it featured user-generated content submitted by writers, producers, musicians, animators, and filmmakers from around the world across all verticals. Crackle has since become a distribution platform for library TV and film content as well as commissioned originals. ● Sourced, developed, produced, licensed, acquired and programmed original web series, existing formats and user-generated content across all verticals (comedy, food, music, travel, lifestyle) ● Collaborated with writers, producers, talent, musicians, agents and managers to identify and develop concepts that fit Crackle’s programming strategy ● Managed team of editors to ensure effective content scheduling, promotion and community building ● Implemented daily programming strategy across all verticals and homepage, and drove programming initiatives in concert with ad sales, PR and marketing groups ● Led the movement from a deficit model to a branded entertainment approach to finance production Development Executive, Fanfare Productions Fanfare Productions is a production company created by Jamie Tarses, who had previously been the first female head of a network (ABC) and who then went on to run Pariah with Gavin Polone.
