Judges Draw by number Single & Pair Skating/Ice Dance for the Winter Youth 2016 -

The draw by number for the above-mentioned event was held on October 15, 2015, at the “Hôtel de la Paix” in in the presence of Mrs. Marie Lundmark, ISU Council Member, Mr. Peter Krick, Sport Manager Figure Skating, Mr. Charlie Cyr, Ms. Krisztina Regöczy, Sport Directors Figure Skating, Ms. Helena Kara, BDO Auditor and various delegates from ISU Members.

Judges marked with P are Judges coming from the Pair panel. Therefore the Judge must be the same for the Pair Skating panel and for the Men or Ladies panel. 4 Alternate judges (who are not on site) have been drawn for Men and Ladies. If there is no alternate Judge indicated above and should there be a withdrawal, the replacement Judge would be selected from the Junior Grand Prix final standings (see Communication No. 1971).

Judges entries by name (including Alternates) must be sent by the drawn Members by e-mail and/or fax, to the ISU Secretariat ([email protected] – fax no +41- 21 612 66 77) and LYOGOC Ms. Li Neo Tay ([email protected]) with a copy to the NOC of the respective Member on or before October 20, 2015. 1

Judges must have the qualification as “ISU Judge”.

Members drawn for the two single events (Ladies and Men) may enter two Judges. Members drawn for one single event (Ladies or Men) and the Pair Skating event can only enter one Judge. Members drawn for the Ice Dance event may enter an additional Judge in addition to those Judges entered for the Single & Pair Skating events.

For each Judge’s entry within the limits outlined above, the drawn Members may nominate a substitute Judge.

Alternate Judges will not be present on site unless one of the entered Judges would withdraw and the Member of that Judge has not entered a substitute Judge by name. Only in this case the alternate Judge(s) in the order of the draw result will be called on site. In addition, a skater(s) withdrawal will automatically be followed by the cancellation of the Judges entry unless such skater(s) withdrawal is confirmed less than seven (7) days prior to the start of the respective event.

If needed, a separate draw amongst all Judges present in Lillehammer/ and available and qualified for the discipline concerned but not represented already in the concerned panel will complete the panel to the possible maximum number of nine (9) Judges.

The maximum period of presence for the Judges is as follows:

Arrival: February 11, 2016 Departure: February 22, 2016

Accreditation may be picked up upon arrival at the YOV Hamar Accreditation Services Centre which is situated in the Scandic Hamar Hotel and will be open from 08:00 until 20:00 hours between February 8 and 21, 2016.
