Contributions and Subscriptions

Contributors or subscribers of $75 or more a year receive a complimentary copy of each new NBER publication —books,Occasional Papers, Technical Papers, newsletter, and annual report —inadvance of release to the public. In addition, the subscriber is entitled to a 33 1/3 per cent discount on any publication purchased from the National Bureau. A special subscription rate of $35, providing the same privileges as above, is open to government employees and to employees of research/educational institutions, and faculty members. A student subscription rate of $10, renewable for a total of three years, provides students with copies of all NBER publications issued during the subscription year. The 33 1/3 per cent discount privilege is not applicable by students to newly published books but may be used on purchases of titles that have appeared in previous years. For persons wishing to subscribe only to Occasional and Technical Papers, the subscription rate is $10 for five issues, along with 33 1/3 per cent discount book purchase privileges for the duration of the subscription.
